With the expiration of the COVID-19 Emergency Proclamation, SCTA/RCPA’s Board and Committees will return to meeting in person beginning March 1st, 2023. Unless otherwise noted, meetings will be held in the SCTA Board Room, located at 411 King Street, Santa Rosa CA 95404.

The Countywide Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee meets on the fourth Tuesday (except holidays) of every other (odd) month.
The November 23, 2021 Countywide Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee has been cancelled. The next CBPAC meeting is scheduled for January 25, 2022.
