With the expiration of the COVID-19 Emergency Proclamation, SCTA/RCPA’s Board and Committees will return to meeting in person beginning March 1st, 2023. Unless otherwise noted, meetings will be held in the SCTA Board Room, located at 411 King Street, Santa Rosa CA 95404.

The Planning Advisory Committee meets on the third Thursday (except holidays) of each month.
The PAC meeting scheduled for Thursday, May 16, 2019 has been cancelled. The next scheduled meeting will be Thursday, June 20, 2019.
