With the expiration of the COVID-19 Emergency Proclamation, SCTA/RCPA’s Board and Committees will return to meeting in person beginning March 1st, 2023. Unless otherwise noted, meetings will be held in the SCTA Board Room, located at 411 King Street, Santa Rosa CA 95404.

The Planning Advisory Committee meets on the third Thursday (except holidays) of each month.
The July 16, 2020 PAC meeting has been cancelled. The next regularly scheduled PAC meeting will be held on August 20, 2020.
