With the expiration of the COVID-19 Emergency Proclamation, SCTA/RCPA’s Board and Committees will return to meeting in person beginning March 1st, 2023. Unless otherwise noted, meetings will be held in the SCTA Board Room, located at 411 King Street, Santa Rosa CA 95404.

Brown Act Teleconference Requirements
The SCTA – RCPA holds public meetings on the second Monday (except holidays) of each month. The agenda will be available one week prior to the meeting date.
The SCTA/RCPA Board of Director’s meeting scheduled for Monday, August 12, 2019 has been cancelled. The next regurarly scheduled meeting will be held on Monday, September 9, 2019.
