The Resilient State Route 37 program is a partnership of the Congestion Management Agencies (CMA) of Marin, Napa, Solano and Sonoma Counties, along with Caltrans and the Bay Area Toll Authority, to develop an expedited funding, financing and project implementation strategy for the reconstruction of SR 37 to withstand rising seas and storm surges while improving mobility and safety along the route.
