Many jurisdictions in Sonoma County are working on Local Road Safety Plans (LRSP). These plans will be similar to the Vision Zero Action Plan and all the plans will be aligned in their goals and objectives. The main difference is that the Vision Zero Action Plan will be a countywide plan and the LRSPs will focus on particular jurisdictions. The Vision Zero Action Plan will lay out a bold vision of how Sonoma County can eliminate traffic fatalities and serious injuries by 2030.
